Juniperus horizontalis Lime Glow

Juniperus horizontalis ‘Lime Glow’ is a compact creeping juniper prized for its bright chartreuse foliage that brings year-round color to the landscape. During the growing season, needles glow lime green, then shift to warm bronze and apricot tones in winter for added seasonal interest. This cultivar forms a dense, low mound rather than a flat mat, giving it a slightly elevated profile among groundcovers. It grows best in full sun with excellent drainage and is highly tolerant of drought and cold. Hardy in USDA Zones 3–7, it typically reaches 1–2 feet tall while spreading wider over time.
