Sarcococca hookeriana Fragrant Valley

Sarcococca hookeriana ‘Fragrant Valley’ is a shade-loving evergreen shrub treasured for its intensely fragrant winter flowers. Native to the Himalayas, this species has long been grown near paths and doorways so its sweet scent can be appreciated during the coldest months. Small white flowers appear in late winter, followed by glossy black berries that add ornamental interest. It forms a low, spreading habit with dark green, leathery foliage.
