Pinus strobus Pendula Boyko

Pinus strobus ‘Pendula Boyko’ is a striking weeping selection of Eastern White Pine valued for its soft blue-green needles and dramatic cascading growth habit. Long, flexible branches drape gracefully from the trunk, creating a sculptural presence in the landscape. When staked, the tree develops into a tall, narrow specimen with strongly pendulous branching; without support it will spread outward, forming a picturesque, ground-hugging form.

This distinctive conifer adds texture, movement, and year-round interest to conifer gardens, collector landscapes, and focal planting areas. Like the species, it is hardy, adaptable, and performs best in full sun with well-drained soil. Its unique form makes Pinus strobus ‘Pendula Boyko’ an excellent specimen tree where its elegant cascading structure can be fully appreciated.
