Pinus heldreichii Mint Truffle

Pinus heldreichii ‘Mint Truffle’ is a compact, slow-growing Bosnian pine admired for its dense habit and subtly cool-toned foliage. This selection forms a rounded to broadly conical shape with short, stiff needles that display a deep green color with a soft, silvery-mint cast, especially noticeable in cooler weather. Exceptionally tough and long-lived, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soils and performs reliably in exposed or challenging sites once established. ‘Mint Truffle’ typically matures at 6–10 feet tall and wide, making it an excellent choice for collector gardens and smaller landscapes.
