Chamaecyparis pisifera Clouded Sky

Chamaecyparis pisifera ‘Clouded Sky’ is a distinctive Sawara cypress selected for its soft, feathery foliage in blended tones of blue, gray, and green. The fine, plume-like texture gives the plant a light, airy appearance that adds movement and contrast to conifer plantings. It grows best in full sun to partial shade with evenly moist, well-drained soil and has a slow to moderate growth rate. Hardy in USDA Zones 4–8, it develops into a compact to medium-sized evergreen well suited for specimen use and mixed borders.
