Chamaecyparis obtusa Chilworthi

Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Chilworthii’ is an elegant dwarf Hinoki cypress known for its soft, feathery foliage and compact, mounded habit. This cultivar forms finely textured sprays that give it a refined, almost plush appearance in the landscape. It performs best in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil and grows slowly, making placement easy in smaller gardens. Hardy in USDA Zones 5–8, it typically reaches a few feet in height and width over time and works beautifully as a specimen or accent among other conifers.
